Skin Sensitivity & Service Consent
Last updated: October 2026
Your comfort and safety come first. Please read this before threading, tinting, waxing, facials, henna, lash lifting, eyelash extensions or a hot oil scalp massage & head spa.
Tell us first
Please let your specialist know about allergies, sensitive skin, recent sunburn, skin conditions, or any skincare or medication that may make your skin more sensitive. If you are unsure, check with your doctor before your visit.
Tinting and henna
If you have reacted to hair dye or henna before, tell us before we begin. We can advise whether a service is right for you.
Lash lifting and eyelash extensions
Before any lash service you will be asked to confirm that you have no known allergy or sensitivity to lash lift solutions or lash adhesive, no current eye infection or irritation, and that you have told us about any eye condition, contact lens use or recent eye procedure. We can advise whether a patch test is right for you, and we may decline or postpone a lash service if it is not safe to go ahead. Results and retention vary with your natural lashes and aftercare.
Hot oil scalp massage & head spa
Please tell us about any scalp condition, cuts or sores, recent hair colour or chemical treatment, or allergy to oils or nuts. This is a beauty and relaxation treatment — not a medical treatment.
Waxing
Please do not apply lotion to the area before your appointment.
After your service
Mild, short-lived redness can be normal after threading or waxing. If irritation persists, contact us and seek medical advice if needed.
Minors
Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.
